lovesignal.ai is a tool that helps you spot happy-customer emails in Gmail and send those customers a review request from your own Gmail account. It surfaces moments and drafts messages. You decide what to send, and you send it yourself.

• Give accurate sign-in information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country and use the product for a genuine business.

You are responsible for how you use lovesignal, including the messages you send. When you use the product you agree to:

• Follow the rules of each review platform you ask for reviews on. Many platforms restrict how you may solicit reviews and prohibit incentivised or fake reviews. Those rules are yours to honour.
• Follow applicable laws, including anti-spam and privacy laws. Only contact customers you have a genuine relationship with and a lawful basis to email.
• Not use the product to harass, mislead, or send unwanted bulk messages.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or put the product or other people at risk.

• A free tier is available with monthly limits. Paid plans unlock higher limits and are billed through Stripe.
• Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and your paid access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects you.

lovesignal helps you ask for reviews. It does not guarantee that you will receive reviews, or any particular rating or business outcome. The product is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lovesignal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using lovesignal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date at the top, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
